We planted 1,000 native trees to regenerate our ecosystem
As part of our 360º Regenerative Agriculture vision, a sustainability strategy that guides our actions, at Wakate we continue to strengthen our reforestation plan. As such, on September 5 we carried out a sowathon at the Entre Arroyos farm in collaboration with the Women Coffee Growers, as well as 61 people from neighboring communities in the rural area of Neira and Aranzazu and with the support of the National Army.

On this day we planted 1,000 native trees: key species that help preserve the balance of ecosystems, capture carbon, protect water sources and provide refuge for biodiversity.

These actions are part of our commitment to regenerate the earth, promote biodiversity and give back to nature part of what it gives us.

At Wakate, we believe that caring for the earth is an act of deep respect. That is why we will continue to promote actions that inspire, that add up and that build a greener future full of life for everyone.
