Code of Corporate Governance and Ethics

A roadmap designed to promote well-being ethically and transparently, rooted in the values and principles that guide all of our businesses. It reflects our history, organizational structure, and how we connect with our stakeholders.

SAGRILAFT System

Our Code of Conduct for Customers and Suppliers is based on the SAGRILAFT and SIPLAFT systems, which help us assess and manage risks related to money laundering and terrorist financing, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.

Transparency and Business Ethics Program (PTEE)

Our Ethics and Compliance Program (PTEE) is grounded in a strong commitment to ethical and moral principles. It consists of policies, manuals, and procedures aimed at reducing the risk of corruption and bribery in our everyday activities.
